PAINTED BADLANDS RANCH NORTH
|
Theodore Roosevelt National Park entrance is just minutes away. The Little Missouri National Grasslands is a
paradise for hikers, hunters, trail riders, bird and wildlife watchers, photographers and outdoor lovers of any
age. Bully Pulpit Golf Course is located 2.8 miles south of Medora and about one mile from the Painted
Badlands Ranch on East River Road.
The North Ranch is
located only 1 1/2 miles
from uniquely historic,
friendly little town of
Medora, with
spectacular sunsets
and beautiful sunrises.
It would be a great
place for a "snow
bird's" northern home,
for outdoors
enthusiasts, or anyone
else looking for a get
away to fresh clean air.
The property has great
sites for building your
dream home in the
sparsely populated
area.
The property is located close to the Maah Daah Hey Trail; a 100 mile trail through the rugged Badlands for
hikers, horseback riders, and mountain bikers.
This is an investors
paradise, if you would
like to subdivide it or
whatever. This area has
an extreme need for
housing, as it is next to
impossible to buy a
home or even get the
land to do so.
